Please, be ready at the lobby or the meeting point location between 10 to 15 minutes before the pick-up time. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Pickup is offered only from Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana and Uvero Alto areas. The pick-up time will be provided upon confirmation of the location

Zipline Weight Limit: Maximum 127 kilograms (280 lb).

Flip flops or sandals are not permitted during the activities.

Cancellation policy

For Individual Reservations:
2 days (48 hours) or more in advance: 100% refund.
Less than 2 days, between 48 and 24 hours prior the reservation 50% refund.
Less than 1 day, or les than 24 hours prior the reservation NO refund granted.
No shows or late arrivals: We will try to accomodate but NO Guarantees and No refund
